•    Handle the invoice submission process for key clients 
•    Prepare invoices and delivery notes after orders submissions to customers and allocate invoices to the appropriate accounts
•    Coordinate with the Accounting team to issue invoices for items ready for delivery
•    Submit invoices to the assigned clients (using their online platform)
•    Keep track of team’s RFQs log, Purchase Orders, invoice submission log
•    Keep track of pending POs by following up with team members and operational teams overseas
•    Assist the team on various day-to-day operational problems as needed 
•    Develop, maintain and update on timely basis all various types of record and information as required by the Sales team (including contact information for clients, production rates, investments and divestments, news and projects, etc…)
•    Update regularly and maintain sales records for future use and considerations
•    Maintain a collaborative relationship internally with the different departments 

Specifications:
Education:  Bachelor’s degree in business administration from a reputable university 
                    
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
                     
Skills:  Very good command of English (written and verbal)
          Thorough attention to details in all tasks and responsibilities
          Good interpersonal skills
          Proficiency in MS Office
